The CT State Department of Insurance has published their final decision on health insurance rate requests for 2018. Connecticare individual market plans ON the Exchange received an average 27.7% increase, and for those plans OFF the Exchange the average increase will be 27.8% Anthem individual market plans both ON and OFF the Exchange will have an avg. increase of 31.7%. Open enrollment begins on November 1st, 2017, and ends on December 15th, 2017 for plans beginning on January 1st, 2018.
